Technical DetailsWithin modern Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) ecosystems, the demand for deterministic, error-tolerant environmental monitoring has reached unprecedented levels. Historically, standard temperature data acquisition depended on direct analog measurements (such as Pt100 RTDs or thermocouples) wired back to central PLCs. However, these traditional setups are extremely susceptible to high electromagnetic noise levels, signal degradation over long distances, and substantial cabling expenses.
The integration of the Modbus RTU protocol over a physical RS485 bus represents a major leap forward. By converting analog inputs to digitized, noise-immune packet streams directly inside the sensor housing, industrial networks can run reliable communication loops spanning distances of up to 1,200 meters. This digital standard permits multi-drop bus topologies where a single master PLC can continuously poll up to 247 slave sensors over a single shielded twisted-pair line, dramatically reducing infrastructure costs while improving precision.
When deploying sensors in demanding European industrial sectors or automated cleanrooms, basic function is not enough. CE Certification guarantees that our Modbus RTU sensors satisfy the strict regulatory requirements of the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU and the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU. This prevents high-voltage transient spikes, electrostatic discharges (ESD up to 8kV), or electromagnetic fields from causing data corruption, hardware failures, or line drops.
Beijing Yingchuanglihe Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a pioneering force in custom, industrial-grade environmental monitoring instrumentation. Since our establishment in 2007, we have focused on delivering Swiss/German-chip based hardware solutions.
Operating out of our fully integrated factory, YCLISensors combines specialized R&D with advanced automated production lines. We guarantee that every product—from simple RS485 Modbus climate transmitters to sophisticated, multi-gas IoT loggers—undergoes thorough thermal profiling, multi-point calibration, and comprehensive environmental chamber testing before dispatch.
How our design methodology delivers absolute reliability, long-term stability, and streamlined configuration.
We use raw sensing components sourced exclusively from leading suppliers in Germany and Switzerland (such as Sensirion). This guarantees superior linear response curves, minimum thermal hysteresis, and an annual drift profile below 0.03°C.
Our Modbus RTU circuits utilize complete optocoupler isolation and heavy TVS protection. This defends internal microcontrollers from ground loops, high voltage line noise, and electrical surges up to 3000V.
We offer fully customizable hardware configurations. Adjust cable lengths, request specialized metal or high-temperature plastic probes, customize register map spaces, or integrate custom digital display units.
Integrated monitoring setups engineered to solve complex operational challenges across global industries.
Working in collaboration with Baidu's Yangquan Data Center, we deployed our dual Ethernet and Modbus RTU architectures to safeguard dense blade-server systems. Real-time rack-level temperature monitoring enables precise cooling adjustments, lowering power usage effectiveness (PUE) and preventing localized server shutdowns.
Partnering with Switzerland’s COMLAB, our rugged protective environmental sensors are widely deployed along the Beijing-Kowloon and Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail lines. These units withstand continuous physical vibrations and massive temperature drops while providing real-time data back to central control systems.
Together with Beijing Enterprises Water Group, we design heavy-duty water well and pipeline tracking platforms. Using waterproof probes and low-power telemetry, we help utilities avoid freezing pipelines and maintain stable treatment cycles.

Our engineering teams are continually pushing the boundaries of traditional Modbus RTU connectivity. Our development path focuses on bridging legacy protocols with smart wireless systems:
Developing hardware gateways that bridge Modbus RTU directly to MQTT and Modbus TCP/IP. This allows old field devices to transmit data straight to cloud platforms.
Developing ultra-high precision location and micro-deformation tracking modules, ideal for harsh geographic monitoring scenarios.
Using diagnostic algorithms to predict sensor drift. This alerts technicians before a probe falls out of its accuracy range.
Our core product line combines flexible connectivity with high physical durability.
